VIPLAST-1 AX

VIPLAST-1 AX is a transparent plastic cheese coating with a high viscosity for manual application.  Its benefits include:
Fungicide protection
Excellent control of the curing and ripening processes while regulating moisture loss
Preventing formation of cracks on the surface
Improved appearance of the cheese

If applied with sponge or brush, drying time for VIPLAST-1 AX is 1-4 hours.

It is recommended that VIPLAST-1 AX is stored between 5 and 15ºC.
