CHOOZIT™ RA Cultures primary purpose is to provide consistent and active production of lactic acid in milk for many cheese types particularly Cheddar. When combined with other separately added flavour producing strains or 'flavour adjuncts', they provide excellent flexibility for many other cheese types.
