Cultures for Semi Hard Cheese

PROBATT

Freeze-dried concentrated lactic starter for direct vat inoculation of cheese and other fermented products. Probatt will produce some gas and makes it suitable for blue cheese as it encourages an open texture. In Gouda it promotes the formation of typical small gas holes.
