White Surface Moulds
Penicillium candidum used individually or commonly in combination with Geotrichum candidum gives excellent control over coat depth, speed of development and proteolysis. Both these moulds can be supplied as liquid in vials (hyptonic) or freeze dried (lyophilysed) sachets.
