The School of Artisan Food offers a range of cheese tasting courses, practical days and professional workshops.  The courses variously cover all aspects of cheese making from milk choice through to maturation.  Coming up soon are Beer and Cheese, and Introduction to Cheesemaking.

British Cheese Awards
Orchard Valley Dairy Supplies were delighted to sponsor the Best Soft White Cheese award in 2010, which was won by Cornish Country Larder, for Duchy Organic Brie.

International Cheese Awards, Nantwich
OVDS presented a non perpetual trophy for the Best Soft or Cream Cheese, won by Fine Italian Foods.

The Royal Bath & West Show
Saw the presentation of an award for the Orchard Valley Dairy Supplies Best Goat / Sheep / Buffalo Exhibit to J & L Grubb, for Crozier Blue Cheese.
