Specific description

Defined strains of lactic acid bacteria for plant and/or vegetable based products.  VEG 053 produces a fresh natural acidic flavour, robust acidification to low pH and a low texture.  Suitable for dairy-free application.

Typical Usage Level

10-20 DCU per 100 litres.
